Development plans in Nigeria has hitherto been the exclusive preserve of technical experts, civil servants and consultants. This year, Kaduna State will change that.
The Kaduna State Government is announcing a competition for everyone everywhere to contribute to its 5 year Restoration Development Strategy 2016-2021.
They want to hear from you on any topic that interests you and that can lead to development for Kaduna State.

To participate in the competition, send a maximum of two pages of your thoughts of a Great Kaduna to Governor@KDSG.GOV.NG
You can also submit a physical copy at the Ministry of Budget and Planning, State Secretariat, Independence Way, Opposite Ranch Bees Stadium Kaduna.
Deadline for submission is on Friday 4th September 2015 (Two weeks).
Prizes
· Top 3 submissions will win an iPad and Dinner with Governor Nasir El-Rufai and his team
· Top 15 submissions will win a Dinner with Governor Nasir El-Rufai and his team
· All contributors will be mentioned in the Restoration Development Strategy when finalized
Guidelines
· All submissions must be appropriately marked with the headline- “My Great Kaduna Competition”.
· All submissions must be written in English with “Times New Roman font” with font size 12.
· All contributors should include a name, email address and/or phone number
