My names are TESLEEM TEMITOPE RAJI, I am the first child of a family of 3. My stage name still remains my name TESLEEM. I am from the northern part of Nigeria (Kano state) but reside in Lagos state. I’m an afro centric hip hop act which basically means, I do hip hop that come straight from the depth of the AFRICAN CULTURE.
I started music in 1994 while in secondary school, I was part of a group called DMC (DARK MEN COLLECTION) which collected a lot of Northern awards ranging from BEST GROUP ON CAMPUS, BEST NORTHERN GROUP 2000, 2001, 2003 etc and I went solo in the year 2003.
I have recorded a lot of songs since then and with a lot of made and upcoming artistes both from NIGERIA and other WEST AFRICAN countries like CAMEROON, GHANA, and TOGO AND SENEGAL.I have a song titled BUGI JE on Star fm top10 for 24 weeks and stayed on number 1 for 10weeks ahead of 9ICE (GONGO ASO) which stayed for 16 weeks apparently making me the ONLY artiste that has  stayed so long on the chart.
I have recorded and about to record songs  with artiste like EEDRIS ABDULKAREEM,KONGA,AZEEZAT,KWEEN,9ICE,DANNY YOUNG,OBESERE,PASUMA.KOOL KID,DAVYD JONES,U.V.K,TOYIN,MADEENA,INFINITY,CUTE NATURE etc and OBRA4,TETELE,PRAYE,BNF and REGIE ROCKSTONE all from GHANA.
I have worked with producers like PUFFY T, ID CABASA, COBAMS, DAVYD JONES, SOSO JEF, 7TH CORD, T.Y and EBET and JAM MASTA from GHANA. My 22 tracker album titled FUN and REALITY will be out by the grace of GOD later this year.
