Things are really beginning to hot up on the political front as reports reaching us indicate that a brawl has ensued at the floor of the House of Representatives.
We gathered that this show of shame was borne out of a disagreement relating to the sharing of principal position in the house.
Recall that the ruling All Progressives party (APC), had sent a list of its preferred candidates of various positions to the Speaker of the House of Representatives who seems bent on calling the party’s bluffs.
The Mace, which is the symbol of authority of the House, has disappeared and the lawmakers were still fighting and exchanging blows as we made it to press.
There are reports that the Mace has however been ferried to the inner office of the Speaker, Yakubu Dogara.
All of these is being aired on Live Television as well.
