This year’s Grammy awards is almost upon us and more details about this year’s performances have been revealed, so guys here’s what your favorite artists will be singing so get excited! Katy Perry is set to perform a ballad titled “By the Grace of God”, Beyonce will sing the gospel song “Take My Hand Precious Lord” before transitioning into John Legend and Common’s “Glory,” off the Selma soundtrack.
Pharrell Williams and Sam Smith will both have their own solo performances, and Smith is also scheduled to sing a duet with the queen herself Mary J. Blige. Country singer Miranda Lambert, who was nominated for four Grammys including Best Country Album for Platinum, will sing solo.
I bet we are all already aware that Madonna will also be performing, she confirmed the news early last month on twitter with the tweet “Rebel Hearts see you Feb 8th @TheGRAMMYs #GRAMMY’s #rebelheart”
After his 6 years hiatus rapper Kanye West will debut a “never-before-seen solo performance,” according to Time Magazine, he will also appear alongside Paul McCartney and Rihanna for her new single “FourFiveSeconds.”
There will be a collaboration performance from Ed Sheeran, Herbie Hancock, John Mayer, and Questlove. Other performers include AC/DC, Ariana Grande, Eric Church, Sia. With duets by Annie Lennox and Hozier, Adam Levine and Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett, Tom Jones and Jessie J, Beck and Chris Martin, Brandy Clark and Dwight Yoakam
